A Farewell for Adam Cardinal Maida

On Sunday January 25 at 3 PM His Eminence, Adam Cardinal Maida celebrated his last official Holy Mass at the Cathedral.  The Cathedral was filled to capacity.  His Eminence, Edmund Cardinal Szoka and nine bishops were present for the Holy Mass.  Afterwards they provided a shuttle service between the Cathedral and the Seminary until 7:30 p.m.  The gym was decorated with red streamers and lots of wonderful food for the reception.  His Eminence greeted people for hours in a special area of the room.  Holy Trinity Apostolate thanked him for the many years of service to our Apostolate.  He has graciously written letters on our behalf and we were very greatful for that.
